Like the title above, i want to share my opinion for they who had diabetes, that i got one thing that need to be concern. Okay! This is it.
Diabetes person need nutrition carbohydrate, fat, and protein. Each of it contains 45-65%, 20-25%, and 10-20% from total calorie inside daily food.
Food portion must been controled. It must been maintain till all nutrition or calorie spread all day. Like this:
>>Eat when you hungry. Eat less than you usually eat.
>>Pay attention to food label.
>>Avoid simple Carbohydrate like refined sugar, honey, syrup, jelly, soft drink, and other sweat snacks.
>>More refresments on compleks carbohydrate (such as sago palm, rice plants, tubers), fiber (such as vegetables, fruits, cereal), and nature sugar (like fruit, vegetable, milk).
