I think there’s no one that wanted not to be a success person in the future. All of them must have a stage career that has a promising future. To get it, of course we have to make lot of effort and sacrafice.
Some tips I may reaveled, maybe would help you to achieve a stage of career that you want:
1. High Dedication. To achieved a developing stage of career, it’s needed more effort and dedication to company. Make sure that you don’t dedication only when you wanted a promotion. Do it with high dicipline. If necessary give a good perfomance on your area.
2. Initiative. Don’t hesitate to say your idea and intiative. Show your achievement task, work as a Tim and communication that satisfied all side.
3. More knowledge and experience. Increase you confident with learning more relevant skill and knowledge in order to give a satisfied result.
4. Not a Stammer Technology. On this fantastic period, you must have an education about internet technology, used a certain software in bussines proses on company, and another relevant technology with special competence.
5. Work with another connected units. Daily Job that we are doing it must have connected to other bussines unit. Because of that, there’s goodness if you show a friendly attitude, respect help or others work. Do your good communication with all workers at your company. And don’t forget to say thank you for their work and help.
6. Always attitude. A company for sure will demand their employee to always behave, watch their appearance, and good speech. There’s goodness if you always matching your dress manner to occur company culture. And more with smile, friendly, well mannered that always been shown in work behavior.
