Update on Olympic - Beijing 2008

Whoaaa... i can't believe that we almost get in the end of this month. And actually i got a lot of story and excitement that i want to share it, but i think i'll go for the topics. Yeah... update on Beijing, unfortunately my country (Indonesia) has failed to gain more gold, we have only got one gold medal. And i guess that would be a great present for our independence day, we got it on august 17.. Yup! What a coincidence. Thanks for our Badminton Team which is Markis Kido and Hendra Saktiawan who has won the battle with china team (forgot their names ^^), their winner makes Indonesia had the only one gold medal because the other hand, our No.1 badminton mixed couple in the world (Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir) has been defeated by korean team (lee Yong-dae/Lee Hyo-Jung). Anyway we got the silver medal for it, feel dissapointed but never regret. Indonesia is in the 36th rank with one gold medal, one silver medal, and three bronze medals. But China, their make a fantastic job as a host. China at the 1st rank with 46 gold medals and really being superior left behind their rival. At the 2nd rank, there is USA with 26 gold medals and England, with 16 gold medals at the 3rd rank. 8 days remain, so.. let us see who the winner on Olympic this year! Go China =)
